In 2013 Jim became the launching Team Leader at Keller Williams Whittier and built the market center into the #1 office in the entire area. Jim's most recent market center is KW Big Bear/Lake Arrowhead. In 2020 Jim became the Regional Director of the California Inland Empire Region which currently ranks in the top 10 nationwide for KW regional growth.
