About Alaine:
2022 Big Bear Realtors Association Realtor of the Year!
Alaine has lived in Big Bear for most of her life, going through all of her schooling years in the beautiful valley. She has been married for 38 years and has raised three children, as well as having 4 grandsons and a new granddaughter. She is familiar and knowledgeable with the entire Bear Valley area. Alaine started in insurance and then transitioned into real estate. She has been involved with many community activities throughout her residency, including Dawnbuster Rotary, Soroptimist's of Big Bear, and she served on the Big Bear Board of Realtors as past president in 2018. She was also on the board at her church, participating in various committees and has worked with Habitat for Humanity. Alaine has hosted several foreign exchange students and has been actively engaged with the children of Big Bear in many ways, supporting local schools with on and off-school activities. Staying current and up-to-date with continuing education is a must, and she passed her broker's license in 2017. Her goal is to ensure that her clients never feel like they hired the wrong Realtor.
